Data Integrity, Monitoring & Automation

Ridright continuously monitors and maintains the accuracy of your program data so your team doesn’t have to. Administrators can subscribe to alerts for specific materials, categories, or jurisdictions, receiving notifications when guidance is updated or when new materials are introduced elsewhere in the network that may be relevant to their program.

Behind the scenes, the platform performs ongoing scans of vendor, hauler, and facility websites to detect meaningful changes—such as updates to accepted materials, service availability, addresses, contact details, or business hours. When potential changes are identified, they are surfaced as structured update suggestions within the admin interface.

All updates remain fully governed by your team. Suggested changes are never published automatically; instead, they are queued for review, where authorized users can verify, approve, modify, or reject each update. This ensures that all public-facing guidance remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with local program rules.

Key Capabilities
  • Scan for Updates – Continuously monitors vendor, hauler, and facility sources for changes in material acceptance, locations, hours, and contact details

  • Scheduled Automation – Run scans on a defined cadence or trigger checks based on priority materials and locations

  • Create Automations – Configure custom automations by material, category, jurisdiction, or data source

  • Manage Alerts – Subscribe to real-time or digest notifications for updates, new materials, or flagged inconsistencies

  • Approval Queue – Centralized review workflow to verify, approve, edit, or reject all suggested updates before publishing

  • Change Tracking – Maintain visibility into what changed, when, and why for auditability and program oversight

By automating monitoring and surfacing only relevant changes, Ridright significantly reduces the risk of stale data, minimizes manual audits, and helps maintain consistent, trustworthy disposal guidance across all jurisdictions.
